Where do your members come from?

There are no open sign-ups. Our members are either actively sought out or referred into the network.Everyone is assessed on track record, portfolios and communication style before joining.We have freelancers from around the world, but the majority are based in the UK, Europe, the US and Canada.

What are their typical rates?

Our members are mostly mid- to senior-level, where rates broadly align with role types, experience and regional norms.If you're working to a specific rate, shortlisted options can be tailored to your budget.

What if no one's available?

We onboard new members to the network dynamically in response to demand.If the right options aren't already available, we'll prioritise new joiners based on your needs.The earlier visibility you can provide, the more likely we can meet your timelines.

How do you operate without charging fees?

There are no fees for companies using the network. The rate you agree with our members is the only amount you'll pay, so you remain in full control of your costs.We operate on a revenue share basis with our members, earning a percentage of their income from engagements originating through the network.

Can someone join us permanently?

Some members are open to a contract-to-perm arrangement, which can be discussed directly with them.If they move into a permanent role, there's no transfer fee for you, but our revenue share with them may continue for a period.

Rushmere is a private network for independent creatives and technologists. Membership is by invitation or referral only.Members have typically:- Been part of creative agencies and studios, or in-house teams working on projects and campaigns for global brands

- Built and scaled products inside startups and high-growth technology companies

Why should I join?

Members use Rushmere as an additional channel for finding work.By joining, you can be put forward for relevant opportunities that come through the network.While there is no guarantee of work, the network is actively used by agencies and in-house teams when they need external support.

How do I get put forward for work?

Your profile may be shared with clients where there is a potential fit, based on your experience and availability.In some cases, we may make a formal introduction. In others, clients may contact you directly after being sent your profile.

Is there a membership fee?

There is no upfront fee or subscription to join the network. Rushmere is 100% success-based.We operate on a revenue share basis with our members, earning a percentage of your income from engagements originating through the network for a set period (outlined in our Terms of Membership).

Why aren’t clients charged a fee?

Rushmere is not a recruitment agency.Our role is to support our members by partnering with them on business development and marketing their services, rather than acting on behalf of clients to fill specific roles.You get full control over your engagements and client relationships once an introduction is made.

Can I still find my own work?

Of course. The network is non-exclusive and members are free to continue finding their own work independently.Rushmere is simply an additional channel for new opportunities.

How do I join?

If you're invited to join Rushmere, you’ll be asked to provide a few details about your experience, preferences and current availability, and to review and accept our Terms of Membership.Once completed, you’ll be included in the network and considered for future opportunities.

What do I need to do when I'm a member?

Rushmere revolves around who is suitable and available for a role at any given time.The main expectation is that you provide an update if your availability or preferences change.
